Can't say enough about Dr.Bird and her team... The short story is that we had an extremely pleasant experience with Dr. Bird and her staff. When we relocated to Charlotte 4 years ago, my son was very anxious about the appointment and any procedure, but Dr. Bird was very patient with him and spend a lot of time trying to calm him down, the staff was very helpful and kind and always available to help. Dr. Bird is very professional, she takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice , It's not easy to find a good dentist for your kids, I highly recommend Dr. Bird and her staff for kids. Dr.Bird and her team are also exemplary in many regards, both their professional lives and personal lives. Not only she is a great doctor but also a wonderful person, with a big heart! Not only she cares about our son but also our family, with a lot of love! She is a role model for our son and our family! God Bless You!!!

I have been going to Dr. Bird for 10 years and have my third child getting braces off. Yay and another great smile. Everything is communicated very clearly. No surprises and we feel our kids our in great hands. Dr. Bird is not only an amazing orthodontist/dentist and my older daughter loves her knew smile. But she is also great with kids. She makes them feel welcome, comfortable and they actually enjoy going to the dentist. We love Dr. Bird and her entire staff. Her office is so clean and inviting and they have all the latest and greatest equipment.. They can watch t.v while getting adjustments or cleanings and the time flies bye. Most of all I feel that we are in great hands. We have only had two small complications. One with my first daughter with an adjustment and my second daughter swallowed a spacer. In both cases, the office got us in immediately with no appointment needed and we were out the door in a few minutes. No fee and no paperwork. Thank you Dr. Bird for your commitment to great work and your kindness toward my children.
