It was okay.. The people were really snobby and rude and I had braces for 3 years and when I got them off you they usally give you candy and I got this gross popcorn it was disgusting plus it was SUPER expensive . I do not recommend .

We have 5 girls ranging from 19 months to 12, and they are all happy patients! The staff is friendly and courteous but most importantly they make each visit a calm and pleasant experience. We have two girls in braces and they both rave about their experience with the staff. Dr. Bird is very loving as is her staff. Their facility is clean, modern and very inviting.

My other child went to another popular orthodontist in the area as she is older but I have heard so many great things about Dr. Bird and she is involved in the local schools so for my son I figured I would start with a consultation with her first. She is super local to me which is important and I loved everything from the first second I walked in. New, modern and a super organized office with a friendly staff. The treatment coordinator was so helpful in explaining the insurance portion, payment plans, and how the whole process will work over the next 18 months. Dr. Bird was involved in our conversation and explained everything in detail to us so we had a clue on the time line,what needed to be done with his teeth, etc. I was not there when my son got the braces on the other day so the assistant sent me all kinds of pictures and gave me a full report on how he did. I loved it. I would recommend Dr. Bird and her staff in a NY second as they did everything right with a smile on their faces.

My daughters have been seeing Dr. Bird since she opened her practice in Charlotte. I would tell anyone to see her and her amazing staff!
